Voting is now open in the 2024 Indie Ink Awards! Thank you so much to those of you who nominated me. Seriously, I can’t express my gratitude enough for even being nominated.
Riverpeak Heroes feels like “the little series that could.” The road to publication was bumpy, especially with publishing professionals claiming they “couldn’t connect” to Rory and her PTSD, or that “no one wants to read about superheroes.”
But you’ve proved them all wrong. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. To even be nominated is a shock to my imposter syndrome-riddled brain. (The cover nomination especially blows my mind, since I’m the one who designed them!)
My books are nominated in the following categories. Voting is open December 15-31, 2024. I’d be honored to receive your votes for Not My Time, Play With Fire, and Etched In Ink in their eligible categories.
