I’m a former news producer turned digital marketing expert. I am also an award-nominated romance author, certified in video game writing from the University of British Columbia, and a Japanese language student. My experience includes:
- Digital marketing strategy: As a HubSpot strategist at Bluleadz, I am responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans in the HubSpot platform that achieve goals for my customers. This includes lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns, deal stages and pipeline setup, workflow testing and development, content and email marketing strategies, and more. Customer industries include B2B SaaS companies, technology companies and MSPs, law firms, luxury real estate, nonprofits, food & beverage, health and medical institutions, and more.
- CRM & CMS management and training: Also in my role as a HubSpot strategist, I help my customers make the most of the HubSpot ecosystem. As a HubSpot Certified Trainer, I show them the ropes and equip them with the tools to empower themselves within the HubSpot CRM and CMS.
- SEO writing: Wrote and optimized SEO content and email campaigns for Orbit Local and their clients, plus Ecommerce CEO. I currently do this for Bluleadz and its customers, alongside HubSpot strategy. At the 2024 WriteHive conference, I hosted a panel presentation on SEO for authors.
- Marketing copy: Wrote marketing copy for various materials, including blogs, whitepapers, PDFs, and other content offers for Bluleadz and my customers there. My customers’ industries include payment technology providers, law firms, luxury residences, B2B SaaS companies, and more.
- Travel industry: I was on Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ blog launch team and was their Social Media Specialist. I also wrote blog posts for DisneyFanatic.
- Fitness industry: Wrote copy for Bombshell Fitness’ websites, email campaigns, and retail product descriptions.
- Health & wellness industry: Optimizing blog posts for SEO, ghostwriting HARO query responses, and writing social media posts for Sporty Doctor.
- Journalism: Produced and wrote for the 5 a.m. newscast on WINK-TV (CBS in SWFL). You can view some A-Block segments from my newscasts here.
- Video transcription: Provided accurate closed captioning for companies including, but not limited to Entertainment Tonight, MTV (Teen Mom and Ridiculousness), National Geographic, Department of Defense, Nerdist, Rachael Ray, Screen Junkies, Miami Ink, Annoying Orange, and Inside Edition as a freelancer via Rev.
